"Employees are a company's greatest asset - they're your competitive advantage." - Anne M. Mulachy

Culture is the backbone of a business, it gives you structure like physical fitness.

Hello, world! I am Rashidi Kabamba. Currently, I am the Founder and CEO of Rkease Company. At Rkease company we specialize in creating stress education workshops to reduce workplace stress and enhance employee retention and engagement for small-to-medium sized technology companies in Southwestern Ontario. Also, we make jingles leveraging artificial intelligence to promote the products and services of businesses to their consumers. Now, let's commence with the blog.

Leap Junction: Founder's Fair

During the founder's fair, I was with my former classmates who arecurrently enrolled in Computer Programming and Analysis, CO-OP at Fanshawe College. Despite, the program being intensive and a great learning experience, it was not specifically great for my strengths. Therefore, I needed to continue my business at Rkease Company and make a community impact that way. In the CPA curriculum, we studied numerous individuals such as Ava Lovelace, and Alan Turing. The most notable individual and prominent technologist was Charles Babbage.

Charles Babbage is credited as the "Father" of the computer and the "Analytical Engine." He was also one of the pioneers of human resources management in the 18th century, during the Industrial Revolution. The Industrial Revolution was a pivotal historical time because all industries began to become mechanized. Mr. Babbage was certainly a renaissance man, but few discuss his contributions to human resources management. He was a management pioneer, who deduced with Robert Owens that employees were important to organizational success. He stated that without healthy workers the organization would not survive!

This is one of the core reasons why I made my workshop. It was to teach stress management, enhance employee retention, and engagement so that companies can work more effectively together. Especially, utilizing musics and jingles it allows people to reduce barriers and even mend conflicts because you have to work together in order to execute the jingles. I cannot wait to share with the world the nuisances of my founder journey and how it has changed over the year! I hope everyone's day is full of rest, kindness, and ease! Peace!
