Having vision is one of the strongest attributes and characteristics of an entrepreneur. You have to be able to see in the future and understand what the world will be after it has experienced your company and its products and services. Having a vision gives you a sense of purpose, intention, aim, goal, and gives you a clear direction for your business. A great leader utilises this vision and implants it into the minds of their followers to give birth to inspiration which leads to positive actions which impact the future.
A vision statement according to Hubspot is "a statement which describes where the company wants a community, or the world, to be as a result of the company's services." Therefore everyone who interacts with the company must align with the company's vision in order for the product or service to reach its full potential! We have a strong vision at RKease inc. which is to be able to enlighten the community and make them aware that their reason, intelligence, and creative abilites are predicated on their ability to allow their minds to rest, relax, and alleviate their stress. By having a healthier community our workforce production enhances, our resistance to adversity increases, and our well-being dramatically rises.
At RKease Inc. we have four parts to our vision, the first starts off with education! We want our clients, staff, and even followers in general to be more educated surrounding rest, relaxation, stress management so that in the future if they are student their grades will rise, if they are employed they are more productive and efficient at work, and if they are business owners or entrepreneurs they become better leaders and are able to make sound decisions. Also during adversity and tough times you will become more resilient because by having a calm mind, you can bounce back quicker from any adverse situation which is thrown your way. Lastly, with a healthier society, our world becomes better as a whole, less deaths, hospital visits, and people have a more holistic and prosperous life overall, mentally, physically, emotionally, and even spiritually.
