Trust is the lubrication that makes it possible for organisations to work. - Warren Bennis

Build trust, build trust, it's a must, it's a must

As stated in earlier blogs, corporate culture refers to the "beliefs and behaviours that determine how a company's employees and management interact and handle outside business transactions." - Investopedia. One aspect of corporate culture which is very important is building trust. Trust is one the most spoken of topics when it comes to corporate culture and management, if trust is broken the company falls apart, but if trust is built the company thrives, cohesion increases, as well as profitability soars!!

There are so many ways to build trust in the workplace, but more importantly, trust is something that is earned by the respect of the employees to the employers. According to an article by Forbes, here are some ways that you can build trust in the workplace. (

  • Be Clear and Honest

  • Treat your employees like people

  • Let Your Team Share and develop ideas

  • Provide Guidance and Support when needed

  • Set an Example

  • Accept their strengths and weaknesses

  • Communicate Frequently and Openly

  • Maintain Accountability

  • Assign High Priority Responsibilities

These are all ways you can build trust within the workplace and it is very important to do that in order to have a workplace which is as efficient, productive, and cohesive as possible. This is why our slogan at RKease Company is Culture is Capital, Capital is Culture, simply because we believe that the healthier your company culture is the better it is for you to be able to have business profitability, revenues, and it can lead to so many innovations in the workplace as well. With that being said, I hope you enjoy the blog and stay tuned for more tomorrow, peace!!
