Stress Management: Early Bird
"Work hard, stay positive and get up early. It's the best part of the day." - George Allen Sr.
Early bird, rise and shine, to work hard and grind
Out of all the stress management techniques that I have, this is one of the most important techniques that I cherish. Being what the world calls an early bird. It's researched that the worlds successful people actually wake up early in the morning around 5 am. There is even a book in the self-help industry called the 5 am club, which highlights the importance of waking up early in the morning in order to start and conquer the day. It's extremely revitalising, replenishing, and you feel restored when you wake up early in the morning to be able to get ready for the day.
There are many health benefits as to why waking up early in the morning is great for your life and can help accelerate your productivity throughout the day. It has done wonders for me because throughout my day, I am able to stay focused and concentrate on my tasks continually. According to "Health Line", here are ten reasons as to why waking early is beneficial for your health and life.
More time for yourself
More time to exercise
Less time in traffic
More time to get things done
Fewer dark circles
More time for breakfast
Helps you concentrate
These life and health benefits are paramount for your success in the long-term and waking early is always important for the RKease brand and way of life. I wouldn't know what I would do if I didn't wake up early in the morning because it's certainly a ritual that I live by everyday, and I have certainly reaped the dividends from it as well. With that being said, I hope you enjoy the blog and stay tuned for more soon, peace!! :)
