(RKease 5 Pillars: Stress Management)

Before, I go in depth on the power of reading and how it reduces stress and improves your mental health. Let me just review the definition of stress management. According to the Berkeley Institute of Well-Being, "the tools, strategies, or techniques that reduce stress and reduce the negative impacts stress has on your mental or physical well-being." Therefore, if we are trying to reduce stress and enhance our mental health in our lives its always important to have various techniques for stress management, so that it can be reduced in order to live the most efficiently and productive as possible. Now let's get on the topic of reading.

Reading has been one the greatest and most productive activities none to mankind since the beginning of time. All of the ancient philosophers, like Plato, Socrates, Hippocrates, etc. were all avid readers and bibliophiles, which led them to thought provoking conclusions and findings through the life journey and research. Reading has been a vital tool for me and RKease company as well because without reading I wouldn't have known anything about stress, stress management, mental health, and entrepreneurship. It was through reading in which my passions were cultivated in order to make my vision come to fruition. If I didn't read there is no way, I would've been able to gain as much know-how now in order to author my workshop and deliver it to people. That's why it's vital to be a reader and its important for your mental health.
